COVID-19 Update – 28 April 2020
We at Just Cruises want to thank you for your patience and continued support.
Please note: We are being advised by All Cruise Lines that refunds are taking 12 weeks and more.
Due to the current unprecedented circumstances around COVID-19 (coronavirus), our sales and customer support teams are experiencing an extremely high volume of calls and emails. As a result, you may experience extended wait times when calling and delayed response times on emails. We understand this is a frustrating experience, and we ask for your patience as our team works hard to assist and respond as quickly as possible and in the order of cruise departure date.
If you are following up on a refund or a reimbursement claim, please note we are working on processing the refunds on our end for your cruise portion, sending your receipts to the cruise lines and other suppliers, and requesting assistance in recovering the costs for any out-of-pocket expenses you may have incurred. Please be aware there will be a delay on top of the usual eight-to-twelve-week wait time for the refunds to reach your bank account.
We kindly ask that if your enquiry or request is not relating to cruises departing within the next 20 days, please delay contacting us, so we may expedite resolutions for our customers travelling within this period.
We greatly appreciate your patience.
