Terms and Conditions of Booking with Just Cruises

Consumer Protection
Just Cruises is an Australian based travel agent. We are licensed with State and Federal governments in Australia. Your transaction is protected by our registration with The Australian government Travel Compensation Fund. Your transaction is protected by our registration with The Australian government Travel Compensation Fund (see www.tcf.org.au) and as Licensed Travel Agents with the Queensland State Government.

Legal Contract
When making a payment, by way of the numerous payment methods we offer, and therefore confirming your booking with Just Cruises, you agree to be bound by the legal obligations outlined throughout these Terms and Conditions. Your right to any refunds can be limited by our terms and policies and by the conditions of the particular supplier. Please ensure you understand and agree to all our terms and policies before confirming your booking with us. Once payment is made for the booking, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for the booking. Website Information
Every effort is made to ensure that information, including prices, shown on this site is correct. All information is received by us from other sources and we endeavour to check all details when received. However, we take no responsibility for the information received or for any mistake or omission made by us in the up-load of information. Photographs and illustrations and other promotional material displayed on our website are for promotion purposes only. Itineraries, routes, weather conditions, ship cabin configurations, ship décor and so forth can change without notice. We do not accept responsibility for any change in prices or variation of services as shown, and all services and prices are subject to change without notice and fluctuating currency exchange rates. All prices shown on our site and quoted are in Australian Dollars and you will be charged in Australian Dollars at the rate of exchange at the time of your payment being processed.

Making a Booking
It is important that you and all members of the travelling party are aware of the following important terms & conditions as they may relate all or in part to the bookings held by our office on your behalf. If you are making bookings on behalf of a couple or group of people you should ensure they are aware of these terms & conditions.

Quotes
Quotes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until booking is confirmed and we have received your deposit. Airfares are also subject to increase until full payment has been received.

Deposits
The required deposits payable can vary for each cruise line, please ensure the correct deposit as confirmed by your cruise consultant is paid when booking to guarantee your reservation.

Final Payments
Full payment for all travel arrangements is due at least 90 Days prior to your departure date from Australia, sometimes sooner depending on the cruise or package that you have booked. For bookings made within 90 Days, full payment is normally required upon confirmation. Please ensure the correct payment as confirmed by your cruise consultant is paid when booking to guarantee your reservation.

Amendments And Cancellation Fees

All cancellations and changes must be made in writing.

Just Cruises reserves the right to charge a minimum amendment fee of AUD $50 per person for each change to a confirmed booking. This is in addition to any fees charged by the supplier.

Just Cruises also reserves the right to charge cancellation fees of a minimum of AUD $50 per person to cover administration expenses. The cancellation fee can be as high as the entire purchase price (100%) of the booking. The cancellation fee charged by Just Cruises can increase in relation to the manpower and time spent on actually processing the cancellation. The calculation of the particular cancellation fee charged may be provided upon request.

The cancellation fees charged by Just Cruises are in addition to any fees charged by cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, hotels, wholesalers or any other supplier. The fees charged by these suppliers can be up to 100% of the cost of the particular product purchased. The cancellation fees charged by these suppliers can be found on their respective web-sites and/or in their brochures.

In view of these cancellation fees it is highly recommended that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover any eventualities. Just Cruises will not take any responsibility for anyone who does not take out comprehensive insurance.

Refunds can take up to 10 weeks to be processed by cruise lines.

These fees are in addition to any fees charged by the supplier.

Credit Card and Debit Card Fees
Please note that a card fee will be applied to credit card payment amounts: 1% - Mastercard Credit and Debit and Visa Credit and Debit. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club

Passenger Name
It is essential that you enter details of each passenger correctly and according to passport or other identification. Some suppliers will deny carriage if the passenger’s name varies from your booking and may cancel automatically if the passenger’s name is amended. We have no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from incorrect entry of passenger’s names any inability to travel as a result of carrier's policies. You may be able to change a passenger in a booking, providing that one original passenger remains in the booking and that you are more than 7 days from sailing. Fees do apply for a name change. Passport
All individuals departing from Australia and visiting any foreign port must be in possession of a valid passport. If your passport is due to expire within six months of your return arrival back in Australia then under normal circumstances you should obtain a new passport. Should you be travelling on anything other than an Australian Passport then it is your responsibility to bring this to our attention as you may require a visa or permit to re-enter Australia. Names on the travel documents must match exactly the names as written on the passport which will be taken from the booking form.

Visa Requirements
Certain countries require a Visa for entry prior to arrival. Please ensure you are fully informed of the requirements before you make a reservation as visas can take some time to obtain.

Vaccinations are strongly recommended for certain destinations. Please contact your local doctor who will advise you of these requirements. Please note that vaccinations may be recommended some period in advance of travelling.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients take out travel comprehensive insurance when making a booking. We recommend that insurance covers loss of deposit and other monies through cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage and loss of money, medical expenses, additional expenses to cover hotel accommodation and repatriation costs to Australia should any services need to be extended or curtailed due to illness or other insurable risk. Rates and Price Variations
All rates and prices quoted are quoted in Australian dollars, unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to vary published rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you must pay the increase when notified. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs. Rates quoted are per cruise, as appropriate to the particular product.

Fares & Prices
The booking form within this site is a request only. Just Cruises does not guarantee fares or prices until the booking has been confirmed in writing by one of our consultants, and full payment has been received. Schedules and availability, fare conditions and prices can change at any time. Routing restrictions and other special conditions may apply. Deposits merely hold the reservations and do not guarantee prices.

Third Party Suppliers
Just Cruises, as a licensed travel agent, act only as an agent for services supplied on behalf of third parties such as airlines, cruise lines or hotel operators. Each supplier operates under their own terms and conditions. By booking services with a supplier you are subject to their own terms and conditions. Privacy statement
Your contact information will be required by third party suppliers to accept and confirm a booking. Privacy law safeguards your personal details. In no other circumstances will this information be shared with a third party. Your information may be used by Just Cruises for the purpose of relaying travel related information to you.
