Just a quick note to thankyou very much for organising our recent Queensland cruise onboard the Pacific Dawn!  

Had a great time and had the chance to have a private masterclass with Luke Mangan!  

Our onboard credit was also greatly appreciated as well. I am now looking at a trip to Vietnam in 2011, if you can help again that would be great. We also wore our lanyards and was quick to let people know who booked our cruise for use. Many had to purchase the lanyards for $7.50 each.

WEll as promised here is a report on our cruise!  What a wonderful holiday - even though we were a little delayed lol  I was impressed that P & O had set up lunch and information for us - at least we weren't left in the dark, and thank you for the text you sent!  As for the cruise it was amazing.  The ship was fantastic, reminiscent of the Titanic - without the sinking of course - in its opulence.  The crew were wonderful, the food divine, entertainment was fantastic and the programme of events had something for everyone.  The crew showed their stuff when we had a man overboard on our approach to Port Vila - not the kind of excitement we were expecting, but the crew did a magnificent job of rescuing the man. 

I must admit as first time cruisers we were a little apprehensive but it was a holiday we will not forget in a hurry - I couldn't find fault with anything - the islands were wonderful, and we certainly have some amazing memories of our trip!

Would just like to say thankyou so much for the opportunity to go on the Pacific Sun Cruise on the 17th January. We both had a great time and hopefully this will not be our last cruise (we are now hooked),  and hopefully the next one will be sooner than later. We returned from our fantastic cruise on Saturday in Brisbane.
It was awesome !!!!!
The best family holiday we have ever had ! We had a little bit of rain but didn't stop us and lots of sunshine too. The food , the kids club , crew and all the people were wonderful the activities on Pacific Dawn the entertainment was top quality so enjoyable everynight with babysitting on tap. Our room on that deck 9 was fabulous and the bunks were so comfortable and kids loved the room. We were in the middle of the boat. Lots got sea sick but not us 4 !!!

We had a great time on the islands and really open the kids eyes up to how other people in other countries live !!!! I loved Vila and Lifou so different and interesting. We are thinking and and want to plan the next one ! Is there some that do fiji and bali and maybe south pacific too. Send me the link so I can look . We are all hiped up to book and its so nice to have it to look forward to and pay off.  

It all went well no problems with anything. We were blessed. Thanks for all your wonderful service and answering questions. I haven't been on a cruise for 23 years in my early twenties and oh they have improved and changed.  P & O Pacific Dawn was just fantastic .They are such a rest from everything it gives everyone a rest. Especially no cooking and housework I feel I have been away for 2 weeks only 7 days. You switch off and its just awesome as you know yourself.

Hi Loretta,

Just wanted to let you know we have returned from our grand adventure at sea. 

What can I say?  It was absolutely fantastic, a great family holiday and all my  worrying about whether my girls would enjoy because of the age of the passengers etc etc was wasted - well let me tell you they had a ball - absolutely loved it.  They were really lucky & met a couple of kids all around their age group & they all hit it off really well & a great time was had by all.  It is a very decadent, luxourious way of holiday and it puts you in total relax mode - great way to take in lots of places.  We all came back refreshed, relaxed & destressed.

Don't know what I was exepcting but it certainly exceeded any expectations my husband & I had.  The crew & staff on the ship were fantastic - the entertainment provided is incredible & everything is so well organised & runs so smoothly.  Will definetely cruise again - even though I needed a shot for sea sickness first thing Monday morning (and it wasn't even rough weather according to the dr).  We were really lucky we weren't on the previous trip because they had very bad weather to & fro NZ & apparantely the weather in NZ was not that great either.

We had great sight seeing weather & a really nice sunny day at Wellington.  Only disappointment is we did not port at Napier due to the weather conditions so that was the only anticlimatic day.  NZ, or at least the little we got to see of it due to the limited time on shore, was great - will definetely go back with hubby but intend to fly over & drive inland to see the rest of what it has to offer.

Thanks for all your assistance from the start to the end, really appreciated your responses and they way  you made everthing happen nice & easy - will certainly be in touch with you when we choose to cruise in the future.

The rooms were excellent and although the weather wasn't great we all had a wonderful time.
