signature dish, Salt Grill Crab Omelette, Enoki Mushroom Salad
and Miso Broth, and you’ll know why this award winning
Australian chef is celebrated around the world. Luke Mangan’s
latest fine-dining venture with P&O Cruises joins his other
acclaimed restaurants,
Glass Brasserie in Sydney, Salt Tokyo, and
The Palace Hotel in South Melbourne. Trained in French
cuisine, Luke brings inspiration from cuisines of Japan, Spain
and Italy.
