Just Cruises is an Australian Fully Licensed Travel
Agency specialising in cruising. Our
goal is to ensure that our clients get a competitive price for their
cruise at the time of booking, without compromising excellent customer
service and cruise knowledge. We do the searching and compare prices
with other websites and Travel Agencies to offer you Competitive Fares,
Cabin Upgrades and Onboard Credit.
We are one of P&O Cruises, Princess Cruises
and Royal Caribbean Cruises Top Agencies in Australia and we are a P&O and Princess Diamond Partner.
This give us access to Exclusive Cruise Rates, Cabin Upgrades and
Onboard Credit for most cruises for our clients. We also have developed
a close business relationship with Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises
and Holland America Line and have access to very competitive pricing.
We aim to be the most experienced
Cruise Agency in Australia and are dedicated to learning as much as we
can about the products we sell. Our consultants cruise regularly and
undertake training and ship inspections continually to enhance and
improve on their knowledge of each ship and cruise line.
We are accredited members of the
International Cruise Council of Australasia and all of our consultants
are Accredited Cruise Specialists. We are member of the Australian Travel
Compensation fund and we are an Australian Licensed Travel Agency.

Cruises team are a group of dedicated cruise specialists. We are all
passionate about customer service and of course all love to go cruising.
Most of us come from travel industry backgrounds and others bring our
love of cruising and a wealth of life and business experiences from
various careers and industries. You can be assured that every person in
our team is dedicated to making your cruise booking experience easy,
accurate, competitively priced and completely hassle free. |

Julie comes from outside the industry, however with over 20 years
customer service, management and as a girl who loves cruising, she has
adapted to her role quickly and effortlessly. As well as looking after
her clients, Julie manages our team of Cruise Specialist staff and is
responsible for new and ongoing training and product knowledge for our
team.

specialising in Queensland Island Resorts (there is not a lot about any
of these resorts that Zoe doesn't know as she has been to them all) and

Loretta has over 10 years travel industry experience. Initially as a
Queensland Island consultant, she has been dedicating herself to

traveller and cruiser (in her younger days she spent more time travelling than not).

Prior to joining Just Cruises, Andrew spent 7 years working for Carnival
Australia as a consultant for P&O Australia, Princess Cruises, Costa,
Cunard, Seabourn and P&O World Voyages. There is not a lot about these
products that Andrew doesn't know. Andrew has been fortunate enough to
inspect and cruise on most ships in these fleets and brings a wealth of
experience and knowledge to the team.

Carolyn has travelled extensively and wanted to turn her
love of travel into a new career, so undertook a Certificate in Tourism
last year. Initially employed in an admin role, she has quickly gained
product knowledge and skills as a Cruise Specialist. Carolyn has one of
the hardest jobs in the company as she not only looks after payments,
but also consultants clients when they are away and her own growing list
of clients.

Michael Graham
Administration
If you are a believer in starting at the
bottom in a family business, well Michael's job is for you. When he is
not working for Just Cruises preparing documents, working on the data
base, updating the website or doing another other duties as directed by
mum and dad, Michael can be found studying Music and practising with his
band. As mum always says "Always need a plan B in case your music career
doesn't take off as quick as you like". Prior to Just Cruises, Michael
spent 4 years with Blockbuster. |

Sam Graham
AdministrationLike his older brother, Sam
is also starting at the bottom. His job is to prepare and send all of
our clients pre cruise documentation. That means lots of stuffing
envelopes with ticket wallets and laynards and ensuring every client who
books a cruise gets one within a month of booking. Its a tough job, but
somebody has to do it. Another avid 'muso' Sam also spends his
spare time practising with the band as the drummer. Prior to Just
Cruises, Sam spent 18 months with McDonalds.
